Demi Lovato treated fans in attendance at the Kiss 108 concert in Mansfield, MA tonight (May 18th), with a performance of, “Really Don’t Care,” alongside Cher Lloyd.

Forever The Sickest Kids frontman Jonathan Cook is being sued by Rolex for $2 million in damages, as a result of his infringing upon the watchmaker’s trademark, after being arrested back in January for selling counterfeits.
“Defendant intentionally, maliciously, and willfully sold, offered for sale, distributed, promoted, and advertised watches bearing counterfeits of one or more of the Rolex Registered Trademarks, despite knowledge that such sales were illegal,” says the suit. “Defendant’s acts were calculated to confuse and to deceive the public, and were performed with full knowledge of Rolex’s rights.”
