Due to the trucks carrying their gear being delayed due to bad weather, Paramore ended up closing Australia’s Soundwave Festival today (February 24th).
According to promoter AJ Maddah, Paramore’s gear was due to arrive at 6:30pm, ten minutes before their allocated time slot. The band was supposed to play from 5:30-6:40 before Blink-182 on Stage 2 A but due to a proposed contingency by Maddah, Paramore ended up playing after The Offspring on Stage 2 B.
