
Yellowcard fans, start jumping for joy!
The band have announced they will be releasing an acoustic version of their 2003 breakthrough album, Ocean Avenue, aptly titled, Ocean Avenue Acoustic, later this year.

It’s official! Yellowcard are back in the recording studio, but the question is, what are they working on?
Frontman Ryan Key revealed in a recent interview that the band are indeed working on something, which is “not necessarily a new record.”
Even though the suspense is killing us, Yellowcard have never been a band to let their fans down and we’re sure the outcome won’t disappoint.

According to AbsolutePunk, Yellowcard frontman Ryan Key revealed at the band’s recent show in Fargo that whatever they do to commemorate the 10th anniversary of “Ocean Avenue,” it would be “much more than a tour.”
“Ocean Avenue”was originally released on July 22nd, 2003.

Yellowcard frontman Ryan Key has revealed in our 2012 “Albums Of The Year” feature, that the band are in fact planning something special to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their 2003 platinum-selling album “Ocean Avenue”.
Nothing has been confirmed or announced at this stage except that, according to Key, it’s something the band are excited about and “the fans will flip out”.
For us, 2013 now couldn’t come any quicker! You can officially now start getting excited for the 10th anniversary of “Ocean Avenue” by streaming the album in its entirety below.
